Cross-city deliveries in Greater Jakarta are often needed for office documents, online-shop orders, or personal items that must arrive the same day. SEVA Send takes parcels straight from sender to recipient without warehouse stops.
How cross-city fees are calculated
SEVA Send fee = Rp 10,000 base fare + Rp 3,000 per kilometre of the route. The longer the distance, the larger the per-kilometre part, with no extra cross-city charge.
| Distance | Example trip | SEVA Send estimate |
|---|---|---|
| 15 km | Short cross-city trip | Rp 55,000 |
| 20 km | Example: Jakarta to a satellite city | Rp 70,000 |
| 25 km | Medium cross-city trip | Rp 85,000 |
| 30 km | Long cross-city trip | Rp 100,000 |
These figures are estimates based on the base fare and route distance. The final fare is always shown in the SEVA app before you confirm your booking.
