Using SEVA for the first time? This guide takes you from downloading the app to finishing your first trip.
1. Download and sign up
Download the SEVA app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, then sign up with your phone number. Enter the OTP code we send to verify it, and never share this code with anyone.
2. Choose a service
- SEVA Ride for solo motorbike trips with light luggage.
- SEVA Car for a car with up to 4 passengers.
- SEVA Send for parcels up to 20 kg.
3. Set your pickup and destination
Enter your destination or drag the pin on the map to the exact gate or building lobby. An accurate pickup point helps your driver find you faster.
4. Check the fare and choose how to pay
The fixed fare is shown before you confirm. Choose SEVA eWallet, QRIS, or cash, then confirm your booking.
5. During and after your trip
Follow your driver on the map, use Trip Sharing if needed, and when you arrive, your digital receipt is saved in your history. Receipts can be downloaded as a PDF.
