Document requirements
- Indonesian citizen aged 18–60 with a valid original national ID (KTP).
- A valid SIM C (motorbike) or SIM A (car) driving licence.
- A valid police clearance certificate (SKCK).
- A bank account in your own name.
Vehicle and device requirements
- Valid vehicle registration (STNK) with tax paid.
- A motorbike or MPV from 2017 or newer.
- An Android or iOS smartphone with GPS on.
- A clean, roadworthy vehicle.
Sign-up steps
- Download the SEVA Driver app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Enter your phone number, then take clear photos of your KTP, SIM, STNK, and SKCK.
- The SEVA team verifies your documents within 24 hours and sends an activation notification.
- Once your account is active, go online and start accepting orders.
